HAMS hospital has taken a new step toward entering the stock market. The company’s plan to sell shares to the public has now been officially added to SEBON’s IPO pipeline.

According to the proposal, the hospital aims to issue 11,25,000 shares. Each share will be offered at a premium price of 288 rupees.
This shows that the company is preparing to raise funds by valuing its shares higher than the face value.
