Green Life Hydropower Limited is set to issue rights shares and hold three general meetings at once. The decision came after the company’s board meeting on Ashwin 8, 2082.

The combined 13th, 14th, and 15th annual general meetings (AGMs) will be held on Kartik 18 at 11:00 AM.

What will be discussed

The meetings will cover several key proposals:

  • Issuing rights shares at a 1:1 ratio based on the current paid-up capital.
  • Increasing authorized and issued capital.
  • Amending the company’s articles of association and regulations as needed.
  • Approving actions required by regulators if any changes are directed.

In addition, shareholders will review and approve annual reports for fiscal year 2078/79, 2079/80, and 2080/81. Discussions will include profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and auditor findings.

The meetings will also vote on board appointments and select representatives from the public shareholders for any remaining terms.

For this purpose, Green Life Hydropower will close its books for one day on Kartik 12.
