Natural Spirits Nepal is planning to issue an ipo for the general public. The company will sell 15 lakh ordinary shares, which is 20 percent of its total issued capital.
For the issuance process, the company has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager. An agreement was signed between natural spirits Chairman Asim Sitoula and Muktinath Capital Chief Executive Officer Kabindradhwaj Joshi.

Natural spirits nepal limited was established on mangsir 14, 2071 B.S. It has grown to become one of Nepal’s fastest expanding liquor producers. The production facility is located in galchi rural municipality, Dhading, while the head office is in Hadigaun, Kathmandu.
The company has an annual production capacity of 12 million liters. Currently, it produces two main products; Sarangi Whisky 40 up and seto Bagh Vodka 30 up. These two products have an annual output of 134,298 liters in the market.
