Sanima Bank Limited has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders from last year’s profits. The bank’s board made the decision during a meeting held on Ashwin 3.

The board has proposed a cash dividend of 7.3685% from the retained earnings of the fiscal year 2081/82, including taxes. Sanima Bank’s current paid-up capital is 13.58 billion rupees. The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the upcoming annual general meeting and receives clearance from Nepal Rastra Bank.

This announcement highlights the bank’s stable performance and its commitment to rewarding shareholders. Once approved, shareholders can expect to receive the dividend in the near future.
