Nepal Finance Company Limited has decided that it will not give any dividend to its shareholders this year. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Mangsir 12. The company said that there will be no dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The board has also decided to submit the financial report, which includes zero dividend, to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After that, the report will be presented at the upcoming annual general meeting for final approval.

Nepal Finance had also not provided any dividend to shareholders in the previous fiscal year 2080/81.
