City Hotel Limited’s unsold rights shares put on auction have now been allotted. The company had opened the auction for 21.5 lakh of unsold rights shares from Kartik 23 to Kartik 30, and the allotment was completed on Mangsir 11.

Out of the total shares, 19,89,999 units belonged to the promoter group, 6,000 units were locked-in for employees, and 1,54,419 units were locked-in for the general public.

The sealed bids for these shares were opened on Mangsir 5.

The cut-off price for promoter shares was Rs 251, for employee locked-in shares it was Rs 306.10, and for general public locked-in shares the cut-off was Rs 436. For the general investors who were not under the lock-in category, shares were allotted proportionally based on the relative weight of their bids, according to the issue manager Prabhu Capital.

Refunds for applicants who did not receive shares will begin from Mangsir 12.

  • Visit Prabhu Capital’s website.
  • Select City Hotel Limited from the list.
  • Enter your BOID number.
  • Submit and view whether you got the shares or not.
