Nmb bank has announced that its card services will be temporarily unavailable this weekend. The bank said it needs to perform maintenance work on its card system to improve service quality.
According to the bank, the maintenance will start on friday evening, kartik 14, at 8 pm and continue until saturday afternoon, kartik 15, at 4 pm.
During this time, atm withdrawals, pos payments, and e-commerce transactions using nmb bank cards will not work.
The bank has advised customers to use mobile banking and other payment options while the maintenance is taking place. It also requested users to complete any important transactions before friday evening to avoid inconvenience.
