Ngadi Group Power Company Limited has called its annual general meeting (AGM) for Mangsir 25. The meeting will start at 9:30 AM at Smart Darbar, Shankhpark, Kathmandu. Shareholders will gather to approve key decisions from the past fiscal year and discuss the company’s future plans.

One of the main highlights of the AGM is the announcement of a total 5% dividend for fiscal year 2081/82. This includes 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend for tax purposes. Shareholders will receive extra shares based on what they already own, and a small cash payout will be made.

During the AGM, shareholders will also vote on increasing the company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital after distributing the bonus shares. Other matters include approval of last year’s annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow details. The AGM will also confirm the appointment and fees of the auditor for the current fiscal year.

Shareholders will approve the appointment of board members and review decisions made by the board during the year.

For dividend and AGM participation, the company has set a one-day book closure on Mangsir 14. Only shareholders whose names are recorded in the NEPSE system by Mangsir 13 will be eligible to receive dividends and attend the meeting.
