Sunrise Holdings Limited is preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The company has called its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 12 at its registered office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 AM.
The AGM will discuss and approve special proposals, including issuing shares to the public, making necessary amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and regulations if directed by regulatory authorities, and approving capital expansion. The meeting will also review and approve the annual report and financial statements of the last fiscal year.
Sunrise Holdings plans to issue 2.4 million shares at a face value of Rs. 100 each, amounting to Rs. 240 million. For this purpose, the company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issue and sales manager.
