Skyline Infra Limited is preparing to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO). For this purpose, the company has appointed Himalaya Securities Banker Limited as the issue and sales manager.
An agreement was signed between Skyline Infra and Himalaya Securities Banker. The deal is expected to support the company’s new business journey and future expansion.
From Skyline Infra, Chairman Pratik Agrawal, along with directors, founders, and the Chief Financial Officer, were present at the signing ceremony. Representing Himalaya Securities Banker, Chief Executive Officer Subash Bahadur Shrestha and Deputy General Manager Shankar Rajbahak signed the agreement.
