Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance, SALICO has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on Poush 3.
The company has proposed to distribute the dividend from its profit of the fiscal year 2081/82. As per the proposal, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance plans to provide a 15% cash dividend, including tax, based on its current paid-up capital of Rs 2.62 billion.
In total, the company has proposed to distribute Rs 39 crore 33 lakh 95 thousand 730 as dividend to its investors.
The dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the Insurance Authority and once it is passed by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
