On Thursday, the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) adjusted the price of River Falls Power Limited’s 100% right shares. The adjustment was based on the company’s last traded price of Rs 638.45. After the change, the share price has been set at Rs 369.23. This adjusted price will be used as the opening rate for trading in the secondary market.

About River Falls Power Limited

River Falls Power Limited(RFPL) is a hydropower company that was established on October 5, 2004, as a private firm and later became a public limited company in October 2015. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 70 crore and is listed on Nepse. Recently, it announced a 1:1 rights issue, offering 70 lakh shares at a face value of Rs 100 each to raise about Rs 70 crore. The book closure date for the rights shares was set for Shrawan 26, 2082. Shareholders who owned shares before this date are eligible to apply for the rights issue.
