Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has announced its seventh annual general meeting. The meeting will take place on Mangsir 23 at Anupam Foodland, Battisputali, starting at 9 a.m.
The agenda does not include the previously proposed 6.3158% cash dividend for the last fiscal year. The bank’s board had announced this dividend on Bhadra 19, but final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Ministry of Finance is still pending. Once approved, it will be presented at the AGM and distributed to shareholders.
During the meeting, shareholders will review and approve the board’s annual report for the last fiscal year. The financial statements will also be passed, and the election of two directors from the general public category will take place.
For the purpose of the AGM, NIFRA has set Mangsir 12 as the book closure date.
