Joshi Hydropower Limited will start selling 1.89 lakh unsold rights shares from tomorrow. These shares were left after the earlier rights issue did not get fully subscribed.

The company had issued shares at a ratio of 1:0.65 from Shrawan 15 to Bhadra19. Now, the unsold 1,89,927 shares will be sold to anyone interested, including individuals, companies, or organizations.

The minimum price of each share is Rs 100. People can apply for at least 100 shares and can buy all the shares if they want.

Bidding applications can be submitted through Laxmi Sunrise Capital or at Laxmi Sunrise Bank branches in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Hetauda, Butwal, and Virendranagar. The last date to apply is Kartik 11.

This is a good chance for investors to buy shares in Joshi Hydropower at a fixed price.
