The lock-in period for shares of Sayapatri Hydropower Limited held by founders, local residents, and employees will end on August 7, 2025 (Shrawan 23, 2082 BS). After this date, these shareholders will be allowed to trade their shares on the stock market.

The company had distributed shares to the public on August 9, 2022 (Shrawan 24, 2079 BS). As per the rule, their shares had to remain locked for 3 years.

Locked Shares:

  • 2.1 million founder shares
  • 178,940 shares held by local residents
  • 14,421 shares held by employees

After the lock-in ends, these shares can be bought or sold freely in the secondary market.
