Gold prices in Nepal have reached a record high. On Monday, the price of gold increased by 2,400 NPR per tola, reaching 240,400 NPR per tola, the highest level ever recorded, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association.
The previous record was set on Ashoj 23, when gold reached 239,200 NPR per tola. On Sunday, gold was trading at 238,000 NPR per tola. The recent rise shows a steady increase in the market.
Silver prices have also gone up. Today, silver increased by 95 NPR and is trading at 3,220 NPR per tola.
Traders say strong demand and market trends are pushing the prices higher. Investors are watching the market closely as both gold and silver reach new highs.
