CYC Nepal Laghubitta has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The decision was taken during the board of directors’ meeting held on Poush 4.
The company will distribute the dividend from the profit earned in the financial year 2081/82. According to the announcement, shareholders will receive a 12.76% bonus share based on the current paid-up capital. Along with this, a 0.67% cash dividend has been announced for tax purposes. This makes the total dividend 13.43%.
The dividend will be given to investors only after it gets approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. It also needs to be approved by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting before distribution.
