CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), an undertaking of the Government of Nepal, has called on Class ‘A’ commercial banks licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to submit sealed proposals for fixed deposit interest rates.

According to CDSC, the decision was made during the Investment Management Sub-Committee meeting held on Bhadra 8, 2082, at 5:15 PM. The proposal is for a six-month fixed deposit or the renewal of an existing one.

Interested banks must submit their sealed proposals by Bhadra 17, 2082, at 5:00 PM. Proposals should specify the offered interest rate for the fixed deposit.

The invitation follows CDSC’s investment procedures set in 2073, aiming to manage institutional funds more effectively.

Proposals are to be submitted to CDSC’s office at Share Markets Commercial Complex, Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
