Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited has announced a dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a total dividend of 8.421%. Out of this, 8% will be distributed as bonus shares. In addition, 0.421% will be given as cash to cover tax purposes.
This means investors will receive extra shares along with a small cash amount. The plan will be finalized after approval at the company’s annual general meeting.
