Today is the final day for investors to secure dividends from three listed companies on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The companies are Global IME Bank, Muktinath Krishi Company, and Guras Laghubitta.

Final trading day for eligibility

Investors who hold shares of these companies by the end of today will qualify to receive their proposed dividends and also be eligible to attend their annual general meetings (AGMs).
Muktinath Krishi Company and Guras Laghubitta will close their books on Kartik 14, while Global IME Bank will do so on Kartik 16.

Dividend details

Global IME Bank has proposed an 8% cash dividend (including tax) for the last fiscal year. The bank will hold its AGM on Kartik 26 at Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, starting from 10 AM.

Muktinath Krishi Company plans to distribute an 8% bonus share and a 0.42% cash dividend for tax purposes. Its AGM will take place on Kartik 29 at Silver Oak Banquet and Events Center, Gairidhara, starting at 11:30 AM.

Gurash Laghubitta has announced a 14.25% bonus share and 0.75% cash dividend for its shareholders. The company will host its 10th AGM on Kartik 23 at Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta, starting from 9 AM.

Today’s trading determines who gets a share of these dividends. Missing out means investors will not qualify for this year’s distribution or AGMs.
