Everest Bank Limited’s share price has been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The change was made after the bank proposed bonus shares for the last fiscal year.

After the adjustment, the share price of the bank stands at Rs. 676.42 per unit. Before the adjustment, the final trading price was Rs. 717 per unit. Starting from Sunday’s trading session, the shares will trade based on this new price in the secondary market.

The bank has announced a total dividend of 20% from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82. This includes a 14% cash dividend, which also covers the tax on bonus shares, and a 6 percent bonus share.

Everest Bank will hold its 31st annual general meeting on Kartik 12, Wednesday at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. After the approval from the meeting, the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders.
