Himstar Urja Company has taken an important step toward going paperless in share trading. The company has signed an agreement with CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), which is responsible for providing demat services in Nepal.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has also joined as the official registrar. It will handle shareholder records and help make the dematerialization process smooth.

The agreement was signed on Shrawan 28, 2082. After the demat process is completed, investors will be able to trade Himstar Urja shares electronically. This will make transactions faster, easier, and safer.

The company’s IPO has already been completed, and the share listing on NEPSE is expected to happen soon, although the exact date has not been confirmed yet.
