Narayani Development Bank Limited has announced the auction of 621,606 unsubscribed rights shares. These shares remained unclaimed during the rights issue held from Ashoj 2 to Kartik 9.

Out of the total shares, 603,162 are from the promoter group, and 18,444 are from the general public group. All the unsubscribed shares are available for purchase through an open auction, and anyone can apply.

The minimum bid price is set at Rs. 100 per share. Applicants must bid for at least 100 shares, and they may request up to the total number of available shares. Bids can be submitted from Mangsir 11 to Mangsir 25.

Bid application forms are available at Global IME Capital Limited, Naxal–Kathmandu, and at Global IME Bank branches in Biratnagar, Adarshnagar-Birgunj, Hetauda, Narayangadh, New Road-Pokhara, Butwal-Milan Chowk, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.
